We prioritize getting to know our candidates deeply and representing the school’s values, opportunities and challenges. Educational Directions believes our responsibility goes beyond superficial reference checking and we support the search committee when they do reference checks for finalist candidates. We endeavor to eliminate surprises by communicating clearly and transparently throughout the process.
Our work intentionally extends beyond the search process and embodies meaningful community reflection, strengthening of governance, refining strategic vision, and ensuring mindful transition work.
Our practice is informed by a time-tested process and a deep understanding of each school’s unique culture.
